The Clare County Senior Services staff is a unique group of very dedicated, hard working, and talented people. Combined, they provide in-home services, hot and cold meals and individual care for our seniors. CONTACT NOWThe In-Home Services are provided to clients identified through the assessment administered by Senior Service Case Coordinators. Clients must be 60 years or older. Case Coordinators will make home visits for each referral and determine with the client the necessary provisions.
Currently there are 21 In-Home workers who go into a client’s home to assist with personal care, respite care, and homemaking.
